Analytics
We use first-party, privacy-conscious analytics to understand aggregate product usage (page views, funnel steps, button clicks, error rates). Analytics events never include raw DNA data, SNP IDs, genotypes, variant data, health traits, chat messages, AI responses, your email, or your name. A short-lived session ID is stored in your browser's session storage. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
Payments
When you open billing or checkout flows, Stripe may set cookies on its embedded surfaces to provide fraud prevention and payment functionality.
Your choices
Most browsers let you block or clear cookies. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent Variant Pilot from functioning correctly.
