Billing
Subscriptions are billed through Stripe. You can update payment methods, view invoices, and cancel from the in-app billing portal at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; your access continues until the end of the current paid period.
Refunds during beta
Variant Pilot is in beta. We review refund requests case-by-case unless a more specific policy is published. Common reasons we will refund include: duplicate charges, failure of the service for an extended period, or a charge made after a documented cancellation attempt.
How to request
Email support@yourdomain.com with the email on your account and the approximate charge date. Please cancel your subscription in-app first so it does not renew while we review.
Statutory rights
This policy does not affect any non-waivable rights you have under applicable law.
