1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using Variant Pilot, you agree to these Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter contracts in your jurisdiction.
3. Educational service only
Variant Pilot provides educational wellness information based on genetic patterns studied in research. It is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. See the Medical Disclaimer.
4. Your content
You retain all rights to the raw genetic data you upload. You grant Variant Pilot a limited license to process it solely to provide the service to you.
5. Acceptable use
Do not upload data belonging to someone else without their explicit, informed consent. Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape at scale, or disrupt the service.
6. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed through Stripe. You can manage or cancel through the billing portal. See the Refund Policy.
7. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose safety, security, or legal risk.
8. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness, and non-infringement.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Variant Pilot's aggregate liability under these Terms is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months prior to the claim.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms; continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
